Easy Chocolate chip Bars With Peanut Butter Drizzle
Sweet and salty these easy chocolate chip bars with peanut butter drizzle are a great way to use up a box of cake mix.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ½ c butter softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 bag semi-sweet choco chips
Peanut Butter Drizzle
- ½ c powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp 1% milk
- ¼ c creamy peanut butter
- Dash of salt
Instructions
Choco Chip Bars
- Mix the cake mix, eggs, butter, vanilla and choco chips together. Place into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350F for 20 mins.
Peanut Butter Drizzle
- Mix ingredients and pour into small freezer bag. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Do not place the drizzle on the bars until the bars have completely cooled! Snip a small corner of the bag off with a scissors and squeeze the drizzle on top of the bars as desired.
