Ingredients

red potatoes

olive oil

Instructions
Cut the potatoes into small chunks.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large ziplock gallon bag and mix thoroughly coating all of the potato pieces.
Place in a single layer on a large baking sheet and Do NOT use tin foil underneath.
Bake at 475F for 35 mins turning occasionally.
Freezing Instructions
Prepare the potatoes as instructed above and be sure to use a Freezer Gallon Bag.. Thaw overnight in the fridge. Bake as directed above.
