mayonaisse. light

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.
Add the carrots, onion, milk, salt, and honey mustard. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Take off of the heat.
Stir 1 c cheddar cheese until melted.
In a separate bowl, mix the tuna, mayo, and sugar. Add to the cooked pasta and mix.
Add the creamy sauce to the sauce pan of pasta and tuna, and mix.
Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1 c cheddar cheese on top.
Bake 350F for 30 mins then broil on high for 2 mins to brown the cheese on the top.
Freezing Instructions
Freeze unbaked in the 9x13 baking dish. Thaw overnight and bake according to directions.
